About the Role:

The Marketing Program Management Analyst manages and delivers the Club Elite program for assigned events. The role focuses on attracting and confirming participation from qualified decision‑makers, supporting strong attendance, and ensuring all program commitments are successfully delivered onsite. This includes identifying target companies, coordinating outreach and registrations, and tracking performance against key measures such as database growth, registrations, and attendance. The role partners with internal teams and external participants, using clear communication and practical marketing approaches to meet shared goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the Club Elite program to attract qualified decision‑maker attendees to events.
  • Identify, target, and invite companies and contacts aligned with event and exhibitor objectives.
  • Support confirmed attendance and ensure all scheduled business meetings are completed during the event.
  • Coordinate the delivery of business meeting agendas included in the program.
  • Develop and execute outreach activities such as calls, digital channels, and database growth initiatives.
  • Apply tactical approaches to support registration and attendance goals.
  • Track progress and report on KPIs related to registrations, attendance, and database growth for assigned events.

Requirements:

  • Experience coordinating multiple projects or events at the same time.
  • Experience supporting or managing marketing programs or events, particularly related to attendee acquisition, registrations, or attendance delivery.
  • Familiarity with tracking and working toward KPIs such as registrations, attendance, or database growth.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to engage a variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop practical outreach or marketing approaches to support participation goals.
  • Results‑focused mindset, with comfort taking ownership of targets and following through on commitments.
  • Ability to identify and engage companies and contacts aligned with event objectives.
