THE TEAM

The mission of the Photo & Video Production Department is to accurately translate creative concepts into beautiful, functional, on-time, and cost-effective photo and video assets.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Photo & Video Production team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for delivering photo and video assets that showcase our Campaign marketing in an aspirational and brand-propelling way. You will play a pivotal role in producing best-in-class photography and videography for Campaigns, delivered on-time and on-budget, while ensuring creative and business objectives are met. THE ROLE

As the Producer/Senior Producer, Photo & Video Production, you will lead the team to:

• Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
• Plan the production of quality content, on time, on budget, at the right location and with the right people
• Coordinate the elements of a shoot
• Manage the execution of a shoot
• Manage the post-production quality and timeliness
• Manage the legal and financial components of a shoot
• Provide an operationally seamless photo and video production experience

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Producer/Senior Producer, Photo & Video Production, has:

• Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Photo & Video Production
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000–$150,000 USD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
