Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden (WBSL) is a purpose built, state-of-the-art film and television studio offering one of the largest facilities in the UK.
Based at WBSL, Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter is a world-class attraction showcasing the authentic sets, props and behind-the-scenes secrets of the Harry Potter films at the location where they were made. It has attracted over 20 million visitors since opening in 2012 and has received over 48,000 reviews on TripAdvisor with 96% rating the experience as ‘excellent’ or ‘very good’. Since launching, additions to the Studio Tour include Platform 9 ¾ featuring the original Hogwarts Express, the Forbidden Forest and Gringotts Wizarding Bank.

Primary Purpose of the Job:
To assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns for all areas of Warner Bros. Studio Tour London. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing and PR Intern will be responsible for assisting the Brand and Digital marketing teams with general administration, ensuring the smooth running of the department, and supporting the PR team with ad hoc requests. Providing marketing support, where required, across Global Experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day tasks
· Evaluate competitor websites and news to compile insights into a monthly report and share with the wider Studio Tour team
· Support with social community management and escalating customer service queries
· Coordinate online submission requests to the online and PR inboxes
· Assist in updating and sourcing content for the website through the CMS system
· Become a brand guardian and update marketing and Studio Tour assets to align with brand guidelines
· Ensure marketing folders, imagery and videos are up-to-date and easy to find
· Provide support to PR team including managing media requests, assistance during busy campaigns / periods, compile press packs / event materials and general administration
· Assist with the organisation of press visits and help handle ticket requests for VIPs
· Source merchandise for prizing and gifts, following internal processes to order stock
· Budget responsibilities to include raising Purchase Orders and setting up new suppliers
· Arrange, book and facilitate team meetings, both on-site and off-site
· Manage appointments and marketing team diaries
· Take minutes in marketing meetings and share actions with the team
· Provide general office support including stationery orders and organising marketing storage and stock
· Ensure general administrative work is accurate and up-to-date
· Provide high levels of customer service and relationship management to other departments and our key partners, delivering beyond service expectations
Ongoing projects
· Support with ad hoc shoots to capture content for social channels
· Be part of brand photo and video shoots for Studio Tour and Retail helping with shoot prep, creating shot lists and operational support
· Provide assistance to marketing teams with ad hoc projects, presentations and other requests
· Assist with collating information and data to produce performance reports
· External website audits to assess brand inclusions and suggest updates
· Undertake research projects to source information to support the introduction of new concepts, ideas or platforms to marketing plans and create a presentation to share findings
· Set up and implement PR, brand and website competitions, seeking internal and 3rd party approvals and prize fulfillment
· Update the asset library with new brand assets and campaign collateral
· Assist with organisation of any marketing events (internal and external, consumer and trade) ensuring all personnel and promotional material are delivered on time
· Support Trade and Education teams with classroom and event assistance when required

Education / Qualifications
· Enrolled on a relevant degree course
· GCSE Maths and English
Skills Required
· Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
· Excellent verbal and written skills
· Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines
· Experience using social media
· Excellent English both in spoken and written language
· Proven IT skills with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Photoshop competency an advantage
