Areas of Responsibilities in this role, you will be responsible for:
1. Implement Paid media operation effectively/efficiently optimized by measuring/analyzing/improving performance of each advertising media, and maximize the inflow of potential customers.
2. Turn more visits into purchases by continuously improving customer experience on eStore based on analysis on how the inflow of customers actually turns into purchases.
3. increase the impact through ongoing work with our own digital media channels,
4. Ensure that all CRM tools maximize their impact on sales through an end-to-end view of the digital funnel.
5. Provide a strategic overview of performance marketing, CRM, the integration between the two channels, and the impact on the development of the digital channel
1. Execute activities to attract potential customers and increase their purchase by building strategies to boost the inflow/purchase rate and planning/operating campaigns using paid digital media.
2. Draw insights from analyze how dotcom customers wind up making a purchase(inflow-experience-purchase) and digital media's effect/efficiency.
3. Implement the strategies to improve customer purchase experience and supervise activities including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), loading performance enhancement and UX optimization.
4. Implementation of the CRM and owned media workflow, with an analytical view of the end-to-end funnel.
5. Planning and monitoring of the performance marketing budget for all business units, with a focus on maximizing ROA and customer acquisition cost
6. Planning with the sales team to define communication priorities, promotions, and the impact of marketing performance, CRM, and owned media on the digital channel’s P&L.
Requirements
• Academic Background: Commercial Engineer or Civil Engineer
• Professional Experience: At least 12 years of professional experience, at least 4 leading teams.
• Specific knowledge / skills: Performance Marketing , CRM
• Languages: Advanced English, will use it everyday
