Healthcare is changing rapidly, and the needs of our stakeholders continue to evolve. As a Marketing Partner, you will act as a vital bridge between overarching brand strategies and field execution. You will actively manage and execute localized marketing projects, ensuring our Patient Journey Partners (PJPs) and cross-functional squads have the tactical tools and actionable insights they need to deliver value to patients and the healthcare ecosystem.

Your Role & Responsibilities: As a Marketing Partner, reporting to the Customer Engagement Lead you will work closely with the Squad Lead,  and align with cross-functional chapters to bring therapeutic area strategies to life.

  • Tactical Execution & Project Management: Manage end-to-end execution of specific brand projects, marketing campaigns, and digital initiatives. Take ownership of project timelines, agency relationships, and local budget tracking under the guidance of your Leads.

  • Content Co-Creation & Omnichannel Orchestration: Move beyond tracking materials to actively co-create and tailor TA value propositions. You will lead the adaptation of core messages, digital content, and omnichannel campaigns, ensuring they are localized to resonate with the healthcare ecosystem while remaining aligned with the overarching strategy defined by the Squad Lead.

  • Digital & Omnichannel Support: Assist in rolling out digital communication strategies. Work with the digital team to ensure platforms are utilized effectively and that campaigns are delivering a meaningful customer experience.

  • Material Rollout & Field Readiness: Ensure that all marketing materials are not only approved but effectively deployed. Coordinate and lead material training sessions and internal launch events to ensure all PPOC are confident in delivering the value proposition.

  • All activities are to be conducted in line with Roche policies and applicable regulations.

Who you are:

  • You have an undergraduate degree (Marketing, Business, Scientific, or equivalent).

  • You have 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, product management, or digital marketing (Pharma experience is highly desirable).

  • You have proven experience in project management, managing external agencies, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

  • You have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently while collaborating effectively in a team setting.

  • You have solid digital literacy with an understanding of how to leverage digital channels to engage healthcare professionals and patients.

  • You have an excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to internal teams.

  • You are fluent in French and English to collaborate within the broader Roche enterprise
