Marketing Orchestration Lead

Are you skilled at coordinating high impact marketing initiatives? Do you want to play a pivotal role at the heart of digital programs that enhance the visibility and performance of the Desjardins Agent Network? The Marketing Orchestration Department is looking for a Marketing Orchestration Lead (Level 8) to support modernizing and elevating digital marketing execution across the Desjardins Agent Network (DAN). In a collaborative and fast evolving environment, you will lead the coordination, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital marketing programs, ensuring they meet brand standards, regulatory requirements, and business objectives. You will act as a key subject matter expert—bridging strategy and execution—while guiding agents through best practices in digital advertising, SEO, microsites, social media, and vendor-supported digital programs. Reporting to the Team Lead, Marketing Orchestration, you will work closely with the product experts, external vendors, and cross-functional partners to deliver impactful digital experiences that support agent success and organizational priorities. More specifically, you will be required to:

  • Provide subject matter expertise to the Desjardins Agent Network (DAN) for digital marketing initiatives, including: Digital advertising campaigns, agent microsites and landing pages, URL and email redirects, SEO optimization and social media compliance review and content creation

  • Manage agent digital marketing programs with external vendors (SEO, Business Listings Management, Google My Business).

  • Respond to agent inquiries regarding items related to digital (ie. microsites and troubleshoot errors or technical issues.)

  • Review and approve agent digital requests (e.g., photos, name changes, content updates) to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.

  • Keep current with evolving digital marketing guidelines and apply relevant updates to programs and processes.

  • Brief, guide, and support external writers and agencies; ensure the quality and relevance of deliverables. 

  • Support Team Leader and business parters in RFP/RFI exploration.

  • Collaborate with specialized agencies and internal partners to implement and monitor digital best practices.

  • Support Field Marketing Advisors in evaluating project feasibility and selecting appropriate digital strategies.

  • Coordinate vendor relationships to ensure agents have access to up-to-date digital tools and resources.

  • Analyze digital results, monitor key trends, and prepare reports for internal stakeholders.

  • Apply critical thinking to interpret data, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements.

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field

  • A minimum of three years of experience in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, landing pages, redirects, microsites)

  • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

  • Experience in vendor management

  • Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
