Marketing Operations Specialist

Articulate is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to support the execution of marketing campaigns across our GTM systems and tools. This role sits within the GTM Effectiveness organization and focuses on building, testing, and maintaining campaigns using established templates and operational standards.

You’ll work closely with the Marketing Operations lead and Campaign Operations Manager to ensure campaigns are executed accurately, data flows cleanly across systems, and programs are ready to scale. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building in marketing platforms, digging into details, and making sure things work exactly as intended.

The ideal candidate is technically curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating within complex systems. You’re confident executing within defined frameworks and thoughtful enough to spot small opportunities to improve how programs are built and run.
