Let’s Talk about the Role

As Marketing Operations Specialist for our Altra team, you will be the backbone of our marketing operations, ensuring smooth execution of key processes that keep the team running efficiently. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing operations within a global performance footwear brand and learn how we bring our brand to life through streamlined workflows and compliance.

You will work closely with the Marketing team and cross-functional partners to manage purchase orders, invoicing, product seeding, and athlete administration.

How You Will Make a Difference

You will support the team by:

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of the marketing budget, ensuring all financial operations—from vendor setup and purchase order creation to approvals, invoicing, goods receipt confirmation, budget reconciliation, and payment tracking—are completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with the approved plan.

  • Overseeing FOC (Free of Charge) product orders, ensuring compliance with VF guidelines and supporting adjustments when needed.

  • Coordinating product seeding for influencers, athletes, and key partners, maintaining accurate records and timely delivery.

  • Handling athlete administration, including contract-related tasks and product allocations aligned with marketing plans.

  • Acting as a liaison between marketing, finance, supply chain, and customer service to ensure smooth processes and compliance.

  • Supporting ad hoc projects (events, PR, social media management) and contribute to process improvements that drive efficiency.

  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance. Be proactive in providing insights to improve strategy and execution.

Skills for Success

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and operational tools; experience with Coupa or similar procurement systems is a plus.

  • Previous experience in marketing operations, administration, or procurement is an advantage.

  • Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
