The Marketing Operations Product Owner – Wrike is responsible for overseeing workflow design, automation, SLA enforcement, reporting, and process optimization to drive efficiency across our Marketing Operations processes. This role will ensure seamless collaboration across marketing, creative, legal, and compliance
teams, reducing bottlenecks, increasing efficiencies, and accelerating time to market.


The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in project management collaboration tools (preferably Wrike), marketing workflows, and process automation to drive adoption, improve productivity, and enhance stakeholder visibility.


We Will Count on You To:

  • Oversee Wrike Administration & Workflow Optimisation.
  • Own the enterprise marketing workflow system (Wrike), ensuring seamless project intake, tracking, and automation.
  • Develop and manage a workflow roadmap aligned with marketing and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify inefficiencies and optimise approval cycles, SLA tracking, and task automation.
  • Process Standardisation & AI Integration.
  • Implement best practices for project intake, tracking, and execution across marketing teams.
  • Leverage AI and automation features within Wrike to reduce manual tasks and improve self - service capabilities.
  • Ensure Wrike integrates effectively with the MarTech stack (Microsoft Dynamics, Adobe, DAM, and other platforms).
  • Maintain SLA benchmarks and enforce process adherence for compliance-driven workflows (e.g., legal review, approvals).
  • Ensure all marketing processes align with brand and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish Wrike as the central hub for tracking approvals, feedback loops, and content lifecycle management.
  • Reporting & Performance Measurement
  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure workflow efficiency, cycle times, and overall productivity.
  • Deliver insights on workflow adoption, bottlenecks, and process improvements to leadership.


What You Need to Have:

  • Strong understanding of marketing and creative workflows, approval processes, and SLA tracking.
  • Ability to optimize workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and implement best practices.
  • Strong data skills – experience creating Wrike dashboards and reporting metrics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • 5+ years of experience in workflow management, project management, or marketing operations, with hands-on expertise in Wrike.
  • Experience working with large-scale marketing teams across digital, creative, compliance, and brand governance.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered automation tools within Wrike and other workflow platforms.
  • Background in MarTech, DAM, or creative operations.
  • Experience integrating Wrike with other MarTech tools.
