The Role:
In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate directly with our Head of Department to provide strategic leadership and comprehensive business support to our local agents, helping drive our team's success.
Snapshot of responsibilities:
- Assist with submissions and pitch process for new appointments – supporting Producers and Analysts to prepare and design all documents and presentations
- Coordinate the preparation of marketing materials including investor presentation, information memorandums, brochures, social media tiles and EDMs
- Assist with end-to-end campaign management – managing third-party relationships, maintaining enquiry schedule, facilitating inspection bookings etc.
- Create and manage property listings on various front-end platforms both JLL and external
- Manage and liaise with both internal Marketing (incl. design teams) and third-party marketing partners to support the delivery of all strategic and creative property marketing collaterals
- Coordinate and manage press releases, photography, print media bookings and artwork, online portals and company social media channels in co-ordination with internal Marketing (if appropriate)
- Organise and co-ordinate both local and national client events and marketing activities to drive and maintain market presence and branding – focus on “efficiency” of spend and track engagement - in co-ordination with internal Markets (if appropriate)
- Organise and keep track of all pre-funded marketing and process invoices accordingly
- Maintain and regularly update the CRM system – marketing lists, deal pipeline, fees etc.
- Undertake in-house training and participate in any external training courses as required
- Collaborate and share best practices with other Marketing and Operations personnel nationally at JLL
What you will bring:
- Degree qualified – property / marketing / business or; 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise and achieve deadlines
- Ability to demonstrate teamwork and collaboration at all levels of the Business Unit
- Ability to deal with highly sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Strong content writing, editing, presentation and communication skills
- Unwavering discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Nitro Pro)
- Working knowledge of social media platforms and marketing campaign tools to support business development
