Marketing Operations Manager

New York Full time

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to lead the systems, processes, and infrastructure that enable effective, scalable marketing. This role partners across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Finance to turn strategy into execution by improving workflows, optimizing technology, and delivering clear performance insights to leadership.

A traditional marketing background is preferred but not required. We are looking for a highly operational, analytical, and systems-oriented professional who brings structure to complexity, drives efficiency, and communicates clearly with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, execute & continuously improve scalable marketing processes, workflows, and operating models that reduce friction and enable consistent execution
  • Administer, optimize, and evolve the marketing technology stack, ensuring strong adoption, clean integrations, and reliable data flow
  • Lead platform implementations, enhancements, and vendor coordination to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop automated dashboards, reporting, and KPIs that provide accurate, trusted visibility into performance and outcomes
  • Maintain data quality, segmentation standards, and measurement frameworks to support better decision-making
  • Translate complex operational and performance insights into clear, executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and written materials
  • Support annual planning, budgeting, and business case development with structured analysis and recommendations
  • Serve as a trusted operational partner across cross-functional stakeholders, solving problems, aligning priorities, and enabling teams to execute faster and more effectively

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, business operations, or a similar operational role.
  • Strong experience designing and improving processes and workflows
  • Experience managing marketing or sales technology platforms
  • Comfort working with data, analytics, and performance reporting
  • Experience creating executive-level presentations and communicating insights to senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree, relevant field is a plus
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus

Location

  • This role is Hybrid with 3 days a week out of our Hudson Yards Office

Salary Range:

$82,770.00 - $135,975.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
