Our vision for Medication Management Solutions at BD

With our technical capabilities, the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) team are able to manage multiple systems and our operational capabilities enable us to have medications available when and where needed, reducing inefficiency and waste for nursing and pharmacy teams.

About the role

As Marketing Operations, Omnichannel and Events Coordinator for MMS Northern Europe, you ensure the consistent, high‑quality and compliant delivery of marketing activities across the region. The role sits at the heart of marketing execution, translating strategic plans into clear, measurable actions across countries and channels.

Working closely with marketing, product and sales colleagues as well as external partners, this position brings structure, clarity and momentum to campaigns, digital activity and events, while supporting strong customer engagement and commercial outcomes in a highly regulated environment for 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Drive day to day execution of regional marketing plans, campaigns and priorities across Northern Europe

  • Build and maintain clear workflows, timelines, budgets and purchase order tracking for marketing activity

  • Apply regulatory and approval requirements to all campaigns, materials and events, ensuring compliant delivery

  • Activate omnichannel campaigns across CRM, email, websites, digital platforms and social media with consistent messaging

  • Analyse campaign and digital performance, translating data into clear reporting and improvement actions

  • Plan and deliver regional and local events, including congresses, workshops, advisory boards and internal meetings

  • Equip sales teams with accurate, current and approved tools and materials

  • Connect marketing, sales, agencies and suppliers to ensure smooth execution across countries

About you

Our pay is based on the role and the necessary skills and education to perform it successfully. The salary or hourly rate offered is determined by the role's specific requirements, including any applicable step rate pay system at the work location. Salary or hourly pay ranges are influenced by labor laws and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) requirements applicable to the work location which may also affect the workplace arrangement of the role.

£42,000.00 - £64,050.00 GBP Annual
