The Marketing Operations & Campaign Analyst supports the marketing team by ensuring data accuracy and analyzing performance metrics to demonstrate campaign value. This role plays a critical part in translating campaign data into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders and clients, while maintaining the systems and tools that enable efficient marketing execution.
How You Will Make an Impact
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Analyze campaign performance metrics and develop clear, compelling summaries that tell the story of campaign effectiveness and value
Partner with analytics and reporting teams to gather data, validate findings, and ensure alignment in performance reporting
Review and validate data files prior to campaign deployment to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper segmentation
Update and maintain client and campaign records within Airtable to ensure data integrity and usability
Develop, organize, and maintain a centralized catalog of approved, “off-the-shelf” marketing campaigns and materials
Ensure campaign documentation is current, organized, and easily accessible to Marketing Managers
Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve reporting clarity
