Marketing Operations Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Analyst to join our growing Marketing Operations team and help drive effective lead management, data accuracy, and operational efficiency. This individual will serve as a key partner to Marketing and Sales, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to business growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support to the Marketing and Sales teams to enable successful outbound lead generation.
• Serve as a control point for accurate data entry and proper lead routing across systems.
• Maintain and regularly refresh reporting dashboards; prepare monthly and ad-hoc performance reports.
• Collaborate with the Sales Business Development team to identify and source new lead opportunities.
• Partner with Salesforce and HubSpot development teams to recommend enhancements and troubleshoot system issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience; familiarity with HubSpot and/or Salesforce preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business teams.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, analytical approach to problem solving.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a high degree of accountability.
• Willingness to work a 3 PM–12 AM shift.
