Job Summary

The Live Broadcast Production Planning Officer is responsible for supporting the planning and coordination of live sports broadcast operations, primarily for the Thai League project and other sports properties under AIS PLAY.

This role focuses on operational execution, production coordination, and ensuring smooth live broadcast delivery in alignment with technical standards, timelines, and rights requirements.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Broadcast Planning & Preparation

• Assist in preparing broadcast plans for Thai League matches and other live sports events.

• Coordinate match schedules, production timelines, and technical requirements.

• Coordinate with team on production documents including run-downs, crew lists, and operational checklists.

• Support pre-production meetings and internal planning sessions.

2. Production Coordination

• Coordinate with:

  • League organizers and venue representatives (if have)

  • Our outsource - Production houses and OB teams

  • Technical teams (signal transmission, SRT, satellite, IP feed, etc.)

  • Internal departments (Marketing, Curation)

• Support venue checks and production readiness prior to match days.

• Ensure all production elements are aligned with AIS PLAY broadcast standards.

3. Match Day Operations

• Support on-site broadcast operations during live matches.

• Monitor live feed delivery and escalate technical issues when necessary.

• Assist in troubleshooting operational issues in coordination with technical teams.

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare post-match reports and broadcast summaries.

• Track production costs and assist in budget documentation.

• Maintain records related to rights compliance and broadcast obligations.

Key Projects

• Thai League (Primary Responsibility)

• Domestic Cup competitions (if assigned)

• Other live sports projects under AIS PLAY

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, Media Production, Communications, or related fields.

• 1–3 years of experience in live production, sports broadcasting, or media operations.

• Basic understanding of live broadcast workflows and technical processes.

• Strong coordination and communication skills.

• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and travel for live events.

• Detail-oriented and able to work under time-sensitive environments.
