About The Role

As a Marketing Manager at StraitsX, you will play a key role in driving adoption, shaping product positioning, and ensuring go-to-market (GTM) success for our digital payment and stablecoin products. You will act as the bridge between product development, marketing, and sales—crafting clear narratives, launching new features, and ensuring our value proposition resonates with industry stakeholders and institutional clients.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and refine clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging for StraitsX’s fintech offerings (e.g., digital payment APIs, stablecoin solutions, card products, and on/off-ramp services).
  • Translate technical product capabilities into client-focused benefits for various target segments (B2B, financial institutions).
  • Plan and execute GTM strategies for product launches, updates, and new features.
  • Collaborate with product, growth, and commercial teams to define target audiences, value propositions, and key success metrics.
  • Create launch plans, campaign briefs, and marketing collateral (e.g., decks, landing pages, one-pagers).
  • Develop sales enablement materials, including product sheets, FAQs, case studies, and demo scripts.
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives using metrics such as adoption, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Continuously optimize marketing strategies based on data and stakeholder feedback.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers, Marketing, Growth, and Compliance teams to maintain consistent product narratives.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders—including regulatory bodies, institutional partners, and ecosystem players—on cross-promotional initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in product marketing, preferably in fintech, payments, or blockchain.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing GTM strategies for B2B or API-driven products.
  • Strong understanding of fintech, digital payments, or stablecoin-related products.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations.
