As Global Marketing Manager for RENASYS, you will influence how our products are positioned, launched and messaged across key markets worldwide, enhancing both customer and patient outcomes. 

This role is offered on a hybrid basis, with flexibility to be based in Hull or Watford. 

What will you be doing? 

In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of global marketing programmes that support the growth of the RENASYS portfolio in the highly competitive NPWT market. You will build deep insight into customer needs, category trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to help shape compelling go to market strategies. 

Working closely with global and regional colleagues in marketing, as well as global R&D, clinical strategy, supply chain and regulatory teams, you will guide the commercialisation of new products and indications, from early roadmap planning through to downstream execution. You will own key global initiatives, develop impactful messaging and toolkits, support education programmes, and track performance to ensure sustained brand and portfolio success. 

What will you need to be successful? 

To thrive in this role, you will combine strategic thinking with a strong bias for action and collaboration. 

• Proven experience ideally in global, or regional marketing, and within medical devices or a healthcare environment.  
• Strong ability to translate market and customer insight into clear strategies, positioning and execution plans 
• Confidence working cross functionally with multiple stakeholders, influencing with authority in a global matrix 
• A hands on mindset, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting
