Marketing Manager
Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for events, brand storytelling, and audience growth? RXA is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end marketing campaigns for Australia’s premier conference & exhibition events.
About the role:
We’re on the hunt for a commercially savvy, creative Marketing Manager ready to lead the charge across RX Australia’s B2B events within a couple of exciting, fast-evolving portfolios shaping the future of Australia’s clean energy industries.
You’ll take ownership of growth, revenue, and audience engagement, building powerful campaigns that connect industry professionals, associations and government partners in this dynamic space. With significant ticketing and revenue targets, you’ll combine strategic vision with hands-on execution to deliver marketing programs that inspire action and drive measurable results.
As Marketing Manager, you’ll own the full marketing funnel - from awareness and acquisition right through to conversion and retention. Working in close partnership with the Exhibition Director, you’ll set the direction for audience growth, digital engagement, sponsorship exposure, and brand partnerships across your events.
You’ll have a dedicated Marketing Executive by your side, plus access to an incredible in-house network of specialists in Digital, Creative Services, and Data Management - giving you the tools and support to make bold ideas happen.
While event marketing experience is a plus, what matters most is your strategic mindset, curiosity, and drive to make an impact. If you bring strong marketing fundamentals, we’ll equip you with the expertise to thrive in live events. We move fast, set high standards, and back each other all the way. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, grow, and lead projects that truly matter.
