RBC

Marketing Manager, RBC Bank

TORONTO, Ontario, Canada Full time

Job Description

What is the opportunity?

You've been thinking about what's next in your career. You're ready to step up, bring bold ideas to the table, and help Canadians navigate their cross-border banking needs with confidence. This is where that idea becomes reality.

RBC Bank is looking for a marketing professional who doesn't just follow the playbook—you're ready to help write new chapters. You're the kind of person who challenges assumptions, pushes for progress, and finds smarter ways to connect with the people we serve.

What you'll drive:

Help shape how we grow. You'll support our acquisition and retention strategy for cross-border banking, turning data and insights into campaigns that move the needle. You'll work across paid media, organic channels, and owned platforms—bringing the full spectrum together.

Make every dollar count. You'll manage high-impact campaigns and optimize our paid media investments through rigorous testing and real-time insights. When something's not working, you'll spot it, speak up, and help fix it fast.

Turn numbers into insights. You'll track the KPIs that matter, measure what drives results, and share those insights to inform strategic conversations. Your analysis will help shape what we do next.

Become the cross-border expert. You'll develop a deep understanding of our business and stay on top of the macro trends shaping travel and cross-border behavior. Your insights will influence how we show up for Canadians abroad.

Bring people together. You'll collaborate across teams and levels, working with internal partners and external agencies from initial idea to final execution. Your ability to align stakeholders and keep projects moving will be essential.

Contribute to team success. You'll work alongside a high-performing group of marketers, bringing curiosity, ideas for experimentation, and a commitment to continuous growth. Your collaborative spirit will help elevate the entire team.

What you bring:

Marketing expertise. You've spent 5-7 years mastering the craft—growth marketing, digital acquisition, campaign management. Whether it's loyalty programs, retail, or consumer brands, you've done it and you're ready to do more.

A data-driven approach. You're comfortable with analytics, understand testing methodologies, and deliver results you can measure. You use data to drive decisions, not just report on them.

Campaign experience. You've supported or led marketing initiatives from planning through execution, including product launches, new feature rollouts, and integrated campaigns.

The ability to navigate complexity. Matrixed organizations don't intimidate you. You know how to manage projects across functions, influence stakeholders, and get things done through clear communication and collaborative leadership.

A growth mindset. You're always learning, always improving, and you bring that energy to every project. You're not afraid to test new approaches or learn from what doesn't work.

What’s in it for you?

We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper. We care about each other, reaching our potential, making a difference to our communities, and achieving success that is mutual.

  • Leaders who support your development through coaching and managing opportunities
  • Work in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive, and high-performing team
  • Opportunities to do challenging work
