Marketing Manager Oncology and Specialty Care

You will lead marketing activities for oncology and specialty care in Morocco. You will work closely with medical, sales, access, and external partners to shape strategy and deliver measurable patient impact. Responsibilities:

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

- Develop and deliver brand and lifecycle plans for oncology and specialty care aligned to local needs.

- Design and run integrated omnichannel campaigns for healthcare professionals and stakeholder groups.

- Translate market, clinician and patient insights into practical plans to improve access and outcomes.

- Work cross-functionally with medical, market access, sales and agencies to ensure aligned execution.

-Equip field teams with training, materials and tools to support correct patient identification and appropriate use.

- Track brand performance, manage budget and report key metrics to inform decisions.

Why You?

Basic Qualification

We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical marketing or commercial roles.

- Direct experience in oncology or specialty care marketing, or closely related therapeutic area.

- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business, or a related field.

- Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Ability to design and deliver omnichannel campaigns and sales enablement materials.

- Fluent in French and/or Arabic and English; strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualification

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus

- Advanced degree (MBA or Master in Life Sciences) or relevant professional certification.

- Experience with product launches and lifecycle management in oncology or specialty care.

- Experience working with market access, reimbursement strategies or patient support programs.

- Familiarity with Morocco or regional healthcare systems and payer pathways.

- Demonstrated use of data and analytics to shape marketing strategy and measure impact.

- Comfortable working in a matrix environment and managing external agencies.

Working Model

This role is hybrid. You will split your time between the office and the field. Expect regular travel across Morocco to meet healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
