The Opportunity

As Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for executing and evolving MedMe’s marketing efforts as the company scales.

MedMe operates in a regulated, relationship-driven market where adoption takes more than awareness. Pharmacies adopt MedMe when they decide to change how they operate, expand clinical services, and take on a larger role in patient care. Marketing is often the first step in that decision. It helps pharmacy leaders recognize where their current model falls short, understand what a better future could look like, and trust MedMe to help them get there.

This role exists to own how MedMe tells that story — clearly, credibly, and in a way that resonates with pharmacists, operators, and healthcare leaders who are busy, skeptical, and already stretched thin. You’ll help translate a complex product and a fast-evolving healthcare landscape into messaging that makes change feel both necessary and achievable.

You’ll be responsible for how MedMe shows up across conferences, campaigns, partnerships, and content. You’ll work closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Product to ensure marketing is tightly connected to real customer conversations, real pain points, and real outcomes.

This is a hands-on role for someone who believes great marketing can move an industry forward, and who wants to build the foundations that support long-term growth.

About MedMe Health

At MedMe, we are passionate about empowering pharmacists to provide services beyond just prescribing. Our mission is to build an all-in-one cloud-based platform that enables pharmacists to schedule, document, and manage clinical services at scale. With over 4,500 pharmacies using our software, we’ve facilitated more than 25 million patient services, transforming pharmacies into community health hubs across North America.

What You’ll Do

Product Marketing & Sales Enablement

  • Own and maintain product and sales collateral (one-pagers, sales sheets, event materials) used across outbound, inbound, and field conversations, with support from a Graphic Designer
  • Translate product capabilities, pharmacy workflows, and regulatory context into clear messaging that supports adoption, conversion, and expansion
  • Stay close to live sales conversations with Sales, Partnerships, and Product to understand sentiments and objections to evolve messaging and collateral accordingly
  • Ensure materials stay aligned with MedMe’s positioning as products, use cases, and markets evolve

Growth Marketing, Campaigns & Content

  • Plan and execute growth-oriented campaigns across email, social, web, partner channels, webinars, and events
  • Own the content calendar and support product launches, market expansion, and new use cases with strong narrative and follow-through
  • Write and produce content including blogs, newsletters, social posts, and short-form scripts that drive awareness, engagement, and demand
  • Support SEO and organic content efforts that build durable inbound and long-term credibility
  • Track performance across channels and experiments, staying focused on what drives adoption, pipeline, and revenue

Field Marketing & Industry Presence

  • Own MedMe’s field marketing strategy and execution, from event selection through on-site readiness and post-event follow-up
  • Decide which conferences and industry moments matter, why they matter, and what success looks like for each
  • Manage event logistics end to end — booths, materials, signage, merch — ensuring teams show up prepared and professional
  • Partner closely with Sales and Partnerships to turn in-person moments into real conversations and pipeline

About You

  • You have 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, healthcare, or another regulated, trust-driven industry
  • You’ve owned real marketing execution across product marketing, growth marketing, and field or campaign-based work
  • You’re a strong writer who can understand a complex product deeply and translate it into messaging that speaks directly to different customer segments and pain points
  • You pair strong creative instincts with a relentless, data-driven approach — you actively design tests, measure outcomes, and iterate quickly based on what actually moves adoption, engagement, and pipeline
  • You actively stay ahead of new tools, including AI, and are usually among the first to test, adopt, and operationalize what actually improves speed, quality, and impact
  • You collaborate naturally with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Customer teams, and stay close to real customer conversations
  • You’re organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a growing company where not everything is fully defined yet and where your work will help define it
