Responsibilities / Tasks

As Marketing Manager Internal Communications (m/f/d) for GEA’s Farm Technologies Division, you will play a key role in shaping and strengthening our global internal communication strategy. Your mission is to enhance employee engagement, streamline information flow across teams, sites, and regions, and align divisional communication with GEA’s global corporate strategy. You will serve as the key contact for internal communication topics within the division and work in close coordination with the Corporate Communications and Press teams at group level. This position requires strategic thinking, strong editorial skills, and a passion for connecting people through clear and engaging communication. This position is a fixed-term role for one year.

  • Develop and implement a global internal communications strategy for the Farm Technologies Division in line with GEA’s overall communication framework.

  • Coordinate and execute divisional communication initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across all levels and regions.

  • Build and maintain effective communication channels and media platforms to improve information flow and employee engagement.

  • Collaborate closely with the global Corporate Press Office to align divisional topics with external communication activities.

  • Support management communication, including messages from divisional leadership and board-level coordination.

  • Develop engaging content for internal platforms (e.g., intranet, newsletters, townhalls, social channels).

  • Act as a trusted advisor to management on communication matters, providing strategic and editorial guidance.

  • Foster an open and collaborative communication culture within the division and across GEA’s global network.

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

  • Relevant experience in internal communications, preferably in an international B2C environment and or in Dairy Farming

  • Strong strategic and editorial skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging messages.

  • Excellent written and spoken English; German is an advantage.

  • Experience working across cultures and organizational levels

  • Confident, proactive, and collaborative personality with a hands-on approach.

  • Familiarity with digital communication tools and employee engagement platforms.
