Role Summary
The Marketing Manager – Argentina is the country owner of the One Marketing Plan, accountable for end‑to‑end marketing strategy, execution, measurement, and budget management across Consumer and Commercial businesses, for all categories.
This role leads country alignment, translates LATAM and global priorities into clear local activities and tactics, and ensures marketing investment drives measurable business impact. The position is a hands‑on specialist role, with full ownership but no people management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and own the Argentina One Marketing Plan, ensuring full alignment across: Consumer and Commercial businesses
- Translate strategic priorities into clear activities, tactics, and execution plans for the country
- Act as the single point of accountability for all marketing initiatives in Argentina
End‑to‑End Marketing Plan Ownership
- Own the full marketing plan lifecycle: Strategy / Planning / Execution / Measurement and optimization
- Ensure consistency of brand, messaging, and customer experience across all touchpoints
- Balance short‑term demand generation with long‑term brand and preference objectives
Demand Generation, Campaigns & Social Media
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across:
- Digital and paid media
- Social media (organic and paid)
- Events, ABM, and Partnerships
- Own the local social media strategy, ensuring relevance, engagement, and alignment with brand guidelines
- Work closely with Sales to drive funnel performance and pipeline contribution
Measurement, Performance & Accountability
- Define success metrics and KPIs for all marketing activities
- Be accountable for measuring marketing performance
- Use insights and dashboards to optimize activities and improve results continuously
- Provide clear reporting and insights to LATAM stakeholders
Budget Ownership & Financial Management
- Own and manage the Argentina marketing budget across Consumer and Commercial
- Ensure disciplined investment allocation aligned to priorities and ROI
- Actively work with alliances and partners to:
- Secure additional funding (MDF, co‑marketing, alliances budgets)
- Extend marketing impact beyond core budget
- Track spend, forecast accurately, and ensure compliance with financial processes
Cross‑Functional & Partner Collaboration
- Partner closely with: Sales / Category teams / Channel and GTM / Alliances and partners
- Act as a strategic marketing partner to the country leadership team
- Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence with LATAM teams
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 5–7+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably in:
- B2B and B2C environments
- Technology, solutions, or complex portfolios
- Proven experience owning country marketing plans, budgets, and execution
Skills & Capabilities
- Strong experience in:
- B2B and B2C Marketing planning and execution
- ABM
- Social media strategy and activation
- Performance measurement and ROI tracking
- Solid financial acumen and budget management experience
- Ability to operate independently with full ownership and accountability
Education & Languages
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Native Spanish
- Advanced English (business proficiency)
