THE ROLE

The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue growth across the Legends Global hospitality portfolio. This role supports strategic marketing initiatives across multiple business lines, including food & beverage at some of the world’s most iconic venues.

This individual will lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, creative content development, and on-site activations that bring the Legends Global brand and our partner venues to life. The ideal candidate combines creativity and strategic thinking with a data-driven mindset and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution
    • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and in-venue channels to drive guest traffic, sales, and engagement.
    • Support brand storytelling and promotional calendars that align with operational and seasonal priorities.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, agency partners, and venue leadership to deliver consistent and impactful marketing initiatives.
  • Creative Development
    • Partner with the Legends Global creative team to develop on-brand collateral, menus, digital signage, and promotional assets.
    • Manage photography, content capture, and media opportunities to showcase offerings and guest experiences.
    • Ensure all creative executions adhere to Legends Global brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
  • Digital & Social Media
    • Contribute to digital marketing efforts including paid media, website content, and email marketing.
    • Support social media strategies and engagement plans in collaboration with internal digital teams and external partners.
    • Analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI, engagement, and conversion metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with operations, culinary, merchandise, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
    • Develop promotional toolkits, event marketing plans, and partnership activations that drive awareness and incremental revenue.
    • Assist with internal communications and employee engagement campaigns across venues and programs.
  • Performance & Reporting
    • Track and analyze marketing KPIs and provide regular performance recaps and recommendations.
    • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure all campaigns launch on time and within scope.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE     

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within hospitality, food & beverage, or entertainment.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing, brand storytelling, and consumer engagement.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, CMS platforms, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sprout Social, etc.) preferred.
  • Creative thinker with analytical skills and a passion for crafting experiences that connect people to place.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays based on need.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Location: On-site at the Frisco, TX Legends Global corporate office with potential travel (10%-15%) to venue locations.
