Roles & Responsibility
Drive the implementation of regional marketing strategies for the ULS product line, including annual marketing plans, key project execution, and brand visibility enhancement.
• Plan and execute regional marketing activities, such as academic conferences, departmental meetings, roadshows, exhibitions, and digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and effective outreach to target customers.
• Lead regional marketing content development, including product value proposition refinement and the creation of promotional materials (PPT, brochures, video scripts, digital content, etc.), to improve the efficiency of product value communication.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of regional market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, generating actionable insight reports to inform product strategy, sales strategy, and marketing investment decisions.
• Establish and maintain a regional KOL network, driving expert collaborations, demonstration center projects, and the execution of key hospital marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide marketing toolkits, competitive analysis, and case content support, enhancing sales conversion efficiency.
• Track the performance of marketing activities, conduct data analysis, ROI evaluation, and post-campaign reviews to continuously optimize the allocation of marketing resources.
Qualification/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above; preference given to candidates in Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, Medicine, Nursing, or related fields.
• 5-10+ years of relevant marketing experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry; experience with ultrasound equipment is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated expertise in marketing campaign planning and execution, with the ability to independently manage multiple marketing projects.
• Strong content development and production skills; proficient in office software, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, compelling marketing language.
