Business Bank (BB) provides products and services for customers across small, regional and commercial businesses. We also support businesses in a range of industry specialisations. The Business Product Marketing Chapter works closely with our business partners who develop and execute our products that support and enable our business customers to manage and grow their businesses. Be part of a dynamic, fast paced Marketing team that directly supports the business bank and CommBank’s broader purpose of building a brighter future for all
Do work that matters
This is an exciting secondment opportunity for a Product Marketing Manager to shape and drive the go-to-market strategy for our core Business Lending product lines.
In this role, you will play a key part in defining how we position, prioritise and grow our Business Lending portfolio — translating customer insight and commercial priorities into clear, impactful marketing strategies and campaigns.
You’ll work closely with senior marketing and business partners to co-own strategy and lead end-to-end execution, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable growth and customer outcomes.
This role offers broad exposure across Business and Retail Marketing and is well suited to a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable moving from direction-setting to delivery in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
In this role, you will:
- Shape & contribute to go-to-market strategy for key Business Lending priorities, aligning customer needs with commercial objectives
- Translate insight into clear strategic direction, prioritisation and campaign plans
- Own outcomes end-to-end — from strategy through to execution, optimisation and performance
- Influence across a complex, matrixed environment, building alignment and momentum across teams
- Use data and insight to continuously refine strategy and improve growth and retention performance
- Success in this role comes from combining strategic thinking with decisive execution, and being able to navigate ambiguity while maintaining focus on outcomes.
- Adhere to the Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct sets the standards of behaviour, actions and decisions we expect from our people.
