Role Overview:

Coordination of FNB Namibia brand and product marketing activities including those internally and externally focused, with the view to optimise efficiencies in campaigns and projects.

Ensure forecasting and monitoring of activity and financial flows with the view to generate monthly and quarterly reports detailing progress against set business objectives using data-driven insights and customer feedback to map out a clear marketing roadmap

Are you someone who can:

  • Drive business strategy by providing marketing expertise and translating business objectives into the relevant channel utilising marketing, sponsorships, advertising, events, merchandising and communications, or a mix thereof?
  • Design and develop relevant integrated portfolio marketing plans that ultimately result in profitable growth of the portfolio across all product houses, digital channels and brand activities?
  • Plan and oversee team performance, skills development, employment equity, talent management, and organisational culture to drive innovation, increase efficiencies, and enhance team competencies?
  • Gather relevant market data in collaboration with appropriate stakeholder and compile insights to inform strategic decision making?
  • Continuously report on key performance outcomes and deliverables, as well as progress against strategy, and implement appropriate subsequent actions?
  • Serve as an active member of the relevant leadership team through partnership with colleagues, driving collaboration and integrating deliverables to optimise the impact of an integrated marketing approach on the relevant customer segment
  • Promote and apply professional and franchise standards, practices and governance which are aligned to the marketing strategy

You will be an ideal candidate if you meet the below minimum requirements:

  • Honours Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with 4–5 years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, and Media, including digital channels.
  • Marketing background with knowledge of relevant marketing standards and methodologies.
  • The candidate should have the following knowledge and skills:
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing, brand strategy, and campaign execution
  • Ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Assertive with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns
