Our team designs and executes advertising programs, internal and external communications strategies, and client and prospect engagement programs to showcase who Corebridge is to our customers, distribution partners and employees. Our team oversees brand positioning and strategy, digital and social media, employee and executive communications, media relations, industry research and thought leadership, product marketing, customer regulatory communications, and social impact and sponsorship programming.

About The Role

This role is instrumental in helping Corebridge Financial execute strategic marketing initiatives that support annual sales, marketing, and business growth goals, while enhancing ease of doing business for sales partners and customers. The Marketing Manager plays a critical role on the Distribution Marketing & Business Development Initiatives team, supporting Seismic and MarTech-enabled sales enablement initiatives across Life Insurance and Individual Retirement. This role contributes to the strategy, execution, governance, and optimization of Seismic, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Compliance, IT, and key distribution partners to drive engagement, adoption, and measurable business outcomes. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as Seismic internal champion, librarian and administrator, providing support to Seismic team, driving adoption, best practices, and innovative use of MarTech to support sales growth.
  • Owning the curated marketing content library, ensuring accuracy, compliance, organization, expiration management, and firm-specific approval requirements (including Allstate and other key partners).
  • Consulting directly with sales partners on a 1:1 basis to develop client-specific content and customized Digital Sales Rooms (DSRs) for strategic sales initiatives and campaigns.
  • Designing, building, and maintaining Seismic digital sales room templates, and supporting the sales organization in tailoring them for targeted client and firm campaigns.
  • Managing 70+ Seismic user licenses, including onboarding, offboarding, access governance, and coordination with IT.
  • Delivering ongoing group and 1:1 training, troubleshooting, and hands-on sales support to enable effective use of the Seismic platform.
  • Acting as a key liaison across Product Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Sales Enablement, Thought Leadership, and IT to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
  • Maintaining strong, trusted partnerships with Ad Review, Compliance, Legal, and key distribution partners, ensuring marketing materials meet complex regulatory and firm-specific requirements.
  • Leading the end-to-end development of new Seismic marketing materials, from concept and approvals through implementation and performance measurement.
  • Partnering with Sales Reporting, Salesforce, and IT to develop robust metrics, dashboards, and reporting, telling the Seismic story through engagement, usage, and sales attribution insights.
  • Supporting strategic IR and Life focus firm campaigns, leveraging approved content where appropriate.
  • Leading Seismic-enabled communications for key industry events and conferences, including:
    • Development of custom conference Digital Sales Rooms (pre- and post-event)
    • QR-code driven engagement strategies
    • Targeted pre- and post-conference email campaigns that generate warm leads for follow-up

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor degree required, 3+ years of professional marketing experience
  • Highly self-directed and motivated with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and an ability to work in collaboration with other business units.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to cope with change and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work autonomously or in a close team environment.
  • MarTech experience required, knowledge of Seismic / Salesforce or similar a bonus.
  • Demonstrated success in marketing from conception through planning and implementation.
  • Highly proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Life Insurance, Annuity products and/or Financial Services experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated creative thinker with strong tactical execution skills.

Work Location
