Arbor Homes, is seeking a Marketing Manager to work closely with the VP of Marketing and the sales staff to create, implement, and oversee all internal and external communications efforts.

What Will You Be Doing?

· Managing online advertising using the following: AdWords, Facebook, tracking traffic/conversions, Optimizing ads, Managing automated follow-up systems, Zillow/Trulia and BDX online updates, Updating community collateral material

· Managing the website by keeping information up to date and accurate, Developing content for the website and other publications, Nurturing leads through planned communications, Supporting the websites, the CRM system, Google Analytics and AdWords, Reviewing web-based marketing content for grammar and factual information

· Assisting with new community set up by helping to grand open new communities with realtor events, etc. and working with signage companies for sales office setup and weekend directional

· Managing social media by developing and implementing an overall social media strategy through organic and paid posting, assisting with the creation, conception, and presentation the social media strategy and integrated marketing campaigns, day-to-day management and development of editorial content on social media platforms, including posts and discussions, proactively interact with online communities across all platforms, use social media monitoring tools to monitor conversations, research and draft blog posts that are relevant to the home building community

· Collateral (from the creative perspective):

o Work directly with graphic designer to create print brochures

o Work with our videographer to create branding videos for company, communities, and product offerings.

o Work with our photographer to schedule shoots for our homes and communities

o Printing brochures, price sheets, included feature sheet and other collateral for sale offices

What Will You Bring?

· Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

· 2+ years of experience creating, developing, managing, and analyzing public facing websites and webpages in a marketing environment

· 2+ years of experience in social media platforms in corporate setting.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong background in writing

· Self-starter with demonstrated ability to maintain accountability and work on multiple projects while functioning as part of a cooperative team\

· Must have experience with email marketing and website management

· Graphic design experience a plus

· Candidate must be proficient or have working knowledge of: Adobe suite of tools (Photoshop, etc.), Google and Social Media Analytics

· Must also have working knowledge of the following concepts: SEO/SEM, Web Analytics, Social Media
