Blank Street is looking for a Marketing Manager to join a team that's rewriting the rules on what marketing can be. We're not here to just sell matcha, we're here to play a real role in culture. That means big ideas, genuine ownership, and the creative courage to make things that have never been done before. If you've ever thought ‘that would never get approved’ - this is the place where it does. Oh, and we have a lot of fun doing it. Reporting to the US Marketing Director, this role is 4 days in-person and based out of our New York City office.
What You’ll Own
- Own It, Start to Finish: From the first idea to the last day on the ground, campaigns are yours to own. No two projects look the same - one week it's a product launch, the next a brand partnership or a new store opening. You'll own your slice of the portfolio and make every project count.
- Raising the Bar for Retail: You’ll define how we show up in stores, building our playbook for retail marketing to ensure that every touchpoint reflects the brand and delivers a consistent customer experience.
- Build with the Best: You'll work across the org to get great work out the door. From creative teams bringing the vision to life to ops making sure it actually happens, you’ll be the ultimate cross-functional project manager.
- Supercharge Campaigns Across Channels: You’ll collaborate across all touchpoints to amplify your projects, from retail, experiential, digital, social, press and beyond. You think in channels and know how to show up with intention across all of them.
- Kill the Playbook: Nothing here gets done the expected way. You'll constantly be pushing for the idea that makes people stop and think I can't believe they did that.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in marketing. Lifestyle brand and/or high growth startup experience preferred.
- Painting a Beautiful Picture: You're a natural storyteller with an eye for what's great. You know how to take a product, a moment, or an idea and craft a narrative around it that's not just compelling - it's gorgeous.
- Hands-On Mindset: You’re excited to roll up your sleeves and dive into the details, jumping in wherever needed. A passion for scrappy problem-solving and getting things done is a must. Strong project management skills are critical.
- Live in Culture: You're deeply plugged into what's happening - trends, moments, conversations - and you know exactly how to turn those insights into bold direction.
Benefits & Perks
- $100,000-$135,000 annual base salary
- Blank Street, in good faith, believes that the posted salary range is accurate for this role in New York City at the time of posting. Our salary ranges are rooted in the desire to pay competitively relative to our organization size and industry, reflecting just one part of the total compensation package. Blank Street may pay more or less than the posted range based on factors such as relevant experience and skills, qualifications and location, among others. This range may be modified in the future.
