Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Clinton, MS.

How You Will Contribute

  • Manage current agency base for new/renewal business and profitability.
  • Train agency staff on company system and insurance product offering.
  • Perform Agency Reviews and obtain premium commitments via weekly appointments.
  • Complete daily activity reports for management.
  • Gather and analyze information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Conduct market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of products.
  • Conduct pricing research and analyze to ensure competitive product and service pricing.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identify needs for new products and services and make recommendations to leadership.
  • Compose, develops, evaluate, and conduct training on marketing activities, strategies, and policies.
  • Collaborate and participate with industry associations.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Skills & Experience to Be Successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field preferred.
  • At least 3 years of marketing experience.
  • Manual dexterity, arm, and upper body range of motion sufficient for use of a keyboard, mouse, and telephone 7-8 hours per day; speech and hearing sufficient for in-person and telephone communication 7-8 hours per day; vision sufficient for the use of a computer monitor.
  • Position will require weekly travel within assigned territory or area. Expected travel time is 75% of the work week.

Pay Range

$60,000 - $65,000 Annual

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
