Summary

The Marketing Manager will lead the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for Clinical Nutrition, Pharma, and Medication Delivery portfolios in Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for driving sustainable growth, market share expansion, and brand positioning, while ensuring strong alignment with commercial, medical, regulatory, and market access teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Portfolio Management

  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans (AOP) aligned with regional strategy and Saudi market dynamics.

  • Lead portfolio prioritization using TAM/SAM, growth potential, and profitability (SGP%).

  • Identify new business opportunities (product launches, line extensions, localization opportunities).

  • Drive LBE forecasting and performance tracking.

2. Market Development & Growth Execution

  • Define and implement go-to-market strategies across:

    • Clinical Nutrition (hospital & ICU segments),

    • Pharma (anesthesia, oncology, injectables),

    • Medication Delivery (IV solutions, premixes, devices).

  • Lead tender strategy alignment (e.g., NUPCO) in collaboration with sales and market access.

  • Identify key growth drivers in public vs private segments.

3. Omnichannel & Customer Engagement

  • Design and implement omnichannel campaigns (digital, webinars, field engagement, KOL programs).

  • Build customer journeys tailored to key stakeholders (physicians, pharmacists, procurement).

  • Support scientific education initiatives (e.g., workshops, simulation centers, webinars).

4. Cross-functional Leadership

  • Act as the marketing lead across Saudi, collaborating closely with:

    • Sales teams,

    • Medical & regulatory,

    • Market access,

    • Supply chain.

  • Ensure alignment between global/regional strategy and local execution.

  • Lead launch readiness and lifecycle management.

5. Financial & Business Ownership

  • Own marketing budget and ensure ROI-driven investments.

  • Monitor and optimize:

    • Revenue growth,

    • Market share,

    • Gross margin (SGP%).

  • Support business case development (NPV, ROI, pricing strategy).

6. Stakeholder & KOL Management

  • Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare institutions.

  • Represent the company in scientific and commercial forums.

  • Support local advocacy and brand positioning.

7. Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure all activities comply with local regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards.

  • Maintain high standards in promotional and non-promotional activities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Life Sciences (MBA preferred).

  • 5–8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing.

  • Strong experience in Saudi market dynamics and tender systems (NUPCO).

  • Proven track record in multi-portfolio management.
