Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Singapore, this role is responsible for planning and delivering marketing initiatives for intermediary distribution channels supporting the wealth and asset management business in Singapore. The incumbent will ensure the firm maintains a consistent, high‑quality, and targeted suite of marketing and communications materials to support business growth objectives.
To succeed in this role, the candidate should have experience in asset management marketing, a strong understanding of intermediary distribution, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality marketing deliverables in a regulated environment. This is a hands‑on role for a marketing professional who is passionate about marketing, demonstrates strong ownership, and brings both discipline and creative flair to execution, along with sound judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and concurrent initiatives effectively.
Position Responsibilities:
Plan and drive marketing strategies and initiatives for intermediary and affiliate distribution channels, aligned with business priorities
Provide marketing support for institutional‑related activities where required
Partner with local and regional marketing teams to develop marketing materials for different target audiences, leveraging and locally adapting regional assets where appropriate
Collaborate with various teams to produce fund factsheets, commentaries, financial reports, and supporting marketing deliverables for intermediary channels
Support ongoing website content maintenance and digital enhancements to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance
Track and analyse the performance of digital marketing initiatives and campaigns to improve effectiveness and insights
Demonstrate openness to exploring and adopting new digital, data, and AI‑enabled platforms to enhance marketing efficiency and scalability
Plan and manage marketing events, seminars, and engagement activities, including coordination of logistics and vendors
Work closely with compliance, and legal where applicable, to ensure all marketing materials meet regulatory and internal standards
Develop and manage effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Manage external vendors and agencies for marketing campaigns, material production, events, corporate gifts, and other marketing support
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of relevant marketing experience, with at least 5 years in the asset management industry
Strong knowledge of mutual funds and unit trust products
Good understanding of the operational and regulatory environment applicable to asset management in Singapore
Professional licenses or certifications such as CMFAS modules are an advantage
Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage
High integrity and sound professional judgment
Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in a global organisation
