Support & coordinate the routine strategic planning & financial forecasting cycle exercises (e.g., quarterly/annual business update, short-term/long-term forecasting, etc.) by collaborating with cross-functional colleagues to develop all deliverables with strong personal inputs and contributions
Lead BU omni-channel customer engagement strategies & executions to achieve digital engagement objectives
Lead BU key projects (normally internal projects) to support execution of BU priorities from MKT perspective
Seamless collaboration & interaction with Finance, Business Analytics, and other cross-functional partners to push progress and drive deliverables
Comply with all relevant company compliance, policies, procedures and work practices
Support other activities as required by the line manager
Requirements:
bachelor's degree or above (essential)
>=5yrs working experiences, with >=3yrs experiences in consulting (essential)
Strong strategic thinking with logical mind & story telling capabilities (essential)
Excellent English in both verbal and written (essential)
Experience in healthcare industry (e.g., pharmaceutical companies) with key responsibilities in strategic planning or finance planning
Great interpersonal skills, communication skills, and project management skills
