Marketing Lead

Location: Houston, TX (Remote)

At World Kinect, marketing plays a critical role in driving measurable commercial growth across energy, aviation, and global markets. Our work directly supports new business acquisition, customer retention, and expansion within existing accounts.

We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Lead to help operationalize and optimize high‑impact, targeted marketing programs across the U.S. market. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution—leading demand generation campaigns, translating business priorities into actionable plans, and partnering closely with Sales, Analytics, and cross‑functional teams.

This is an ideal opportunity for a commercially minded marketer who enjoys owning execution end‑to‑end, bringing structure to complex initiatives, and seeing clear business impact from their work.

What You’ll Do

Campaign Strategy & Planning

  • Support the development of annual and quarterly U.S. marketing plans, aligned to business priorities and growth targets.
  • Translate commercial objectives into actionable campaign strategies, including segmentation, targeting, messaging, channel mix, and success metrics.
  • Create clear, structured campaign briefs to enable efficient execution across internal teams and external partners.
  • Stay current on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, bringing a fresh, outside‑in perspective.

Omnichannel Campaign Execution

  • Lead planning, execution, and optimization of targeted omnichannel campaigns, including digital, email, content, paid media, events, and partner channels.
  • Coordinate internal production teams, subject‑matter experts, and external agencies to deliver high‑quality campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Apply strong project management discipline across timelines, workflows, milestones, and stakeholder communication.
  • Help build repeatable campaign frameworks and playbooks to improve speed, consistency, and performance over time.

Performance, Analytics & Optimization

  • Partner with Analytics and BI teams to measure campaign performance, ROI, and pipeline impact.
  • Understand marketing technology workflows, including lead capture, scoring, and handoff to Sales.
  • Deliver ongoing reporting, insights, and recommendations to continuously optimize programs.
  • Contribute to the evolution of customer segmentation and market insights to guide future planning.

Customer Experience & Brand

  • Represent the customer perspective across campaign design and execution.
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all channels.
  • Champion improvements to the end‑to‑end buyer experience.

Sales Alignment & Enablement

  • Work closely with Sales to align on lead qualification, handoffs, and pipeline expectations.
  • Support development of sales enablement assets such as presentations, one‑pagers, case studies, and nurture content.
  • Participate in regular stakeholder meetings to communicate campaign plans, results, and insights.

What You Bring

Required

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in demand generation or campaign leadership roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience delivering multi‑channel campaigns with measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Commercial mindset—comfortable working with forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Data‑driven approach to decision‑making and optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands‑on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, and Microsoft Office.

Preferred

  • Experience in energy, aviation, commodities, or other complex B2B industries.
  • Experience supporting the U.S. market within a global or matrixed organization.
  • Comfort working cross‑functionally with Sales, Analytics, and Operations teams.
