Job Description
As a Marketing Lead EMEA on Rockwell Automation's Software & Control Portfolio Team, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, Software & Control, you will help shape and implement unified marketing strategies that span a unique set of our industrial control and information software offerings.
This is a regional position focused on developing compelling, customer-first narratives and orchestrating integrated go-to-market programs that solve complex industrial challenges with holistic, connected solutions. You will support projects such as product launch programs, integrated campaigns and partner marketing integration programs. Your responsibilities will also require close collaboration with partner marketing, product management, commercial teams, campaign operations, and specifically the EMEA regional marketing team members.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strategic, cross-portfolio messaging that reflects the full value of Rockwell's connected ecosystem of products, services, and software.
- Manage budgets with measurable outcome-based tactics within the global integrated campaigns, EMEA regional programs, and portfolio marketing.
- Assist in the management of New Product Introductions (NPIs) across the portfolio and ensure communications and reporting for key stakeholders including Senior Leadership.
- Assist with global marketing campaigns with detailed launch plans for new products, priority portfolio pipeline growth, and 'always on' programs for regions, including the channel..
- Build strategic marketing plans for the EMEA region, working closely with regional industry and cross-functional marketing leads.
- Support coordinated marketing activities for new and core offerings that span multiple portfolios, partnering with business units and enablement teams to ensure readiness across global regions.
- Contribute to the design and execution of integrated, cross-portfolio campaigns centered on solving key customer challenges with holistic solutions.
- Support development of scalable, repeatable GTM processes for campaigns and launches across the SWC portfolio.
- Ensure that horizontal solution messaging resonates across industries and aligns with customer needs, market trends, and commercial priorities.
- Develop SWC portfolio go-to-market programs and commercial marketing integration strategies with measurable tactics that generates portfolio revenue.
- Collaborate with commercial integration leaders and portfolio marketing peers to develop SWC marketing playbooks, templates, and operational plans.
- Collaborate with campaign, content, and regional teams to ensure messaging is scaled consistently and adapted appropriately.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing campaign performance, and recommending adjustments to marketing teams to optimize results and maximize ROI.
- Work with other departments (sales, product management, etc.) to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or related field.
- 10+ Years of experience.
- Experience in portfolio marketing, field marketing and account-based marketing within B2B service and technology companies.
- "In house" marketing experience.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Eloqua, Dun and Bradstreet.
- Project management skills, high autonomy, and experience developing new markets.
- Experience adapting product marketing messages and growth campaigns for specific personas and territories, project managing events, and partnering with sales to build field marketing programs that improve pipeline and revenue outcomes.
