The Team

Contributes to managing Marketing & Communication activities for the respective division(s) including market research, promotions, events, to meet company’s business requirements within policies and frameworks established by the Headquarters.

The Position

As a Marketing and Communication Intern, you will support key functions across PR, influencer and marketing activities. Your responsibilities include reporting on campaigns/projects, managing the seasonal rollout of global campaigns across the different markets, and assisting with internal and external communication materials. This role is essential to ensuring smooth execution of marketing activities and strengthening brand presence, directly contributing to the team's overall impact and success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • General team support across all marketing activities within the region and delivery of activations across all channels

  • Contributes to reporting internally and externally about technical specifications and content of marketing, influencer and PR implementations, in cooperation with Marketing, Influencer and Communication Teams.

  • Support on brand asset distribution ensuring brand guidelines are always adhered to across all channels and then brief approved requests to the media team and provide assets to partners as part of the seasonal update of marketing materials.

  • Support wholesale partners with marketing requests and execution including delivery of special projects, e.g. campaign launches, pop ups or partner windows

  • Support on executing and developing seasonal in-store activations in coordination with external vendors.

  • Manage PR & Influence tools (Lefty) to track the brand KPIs and create reports for social & PR Campaigns

  • Samples Set Management (Send outs, returns, ecc) in coordination with PR Agency & different partners’ marketing teams.

  • Provides briefs for the production of materials, both for internal use and for partners, in cooperation with Marketing, Influencer and Communication Managers.

  • Supporting the digital team with translation and approval on external comms used in digital/paid channels.

Note: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those listed above. The role may require additional tasks and duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and organization.

Requirements

  • Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic, both writing and speaking is required

  • Office and design tools: intermediate skills in Excel, Power Point and Photoshop

  • Communication: Strong communication skills for clear messaging and teamwork

  • Creativity and proactivity in supporting marketing initiatives

  • Teamwork: Collaborative mindset to work well within a diverse team environment

  • Multitasking: Can successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously

  • High proactivity and results-oriented

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing
