The Marketing Intern will support the Marketing team in executing various tasks related to social media management, vendor coordination, and content creation. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a keen interest in digital marketing.

Position Responsibilities:
 

Email Management:

  • Manage daily correspondence and ensure timely responses within the Marketing inbox.
     

Social Media Coordination:

  • Support the planning, scheduling, and coordination of social media content.

  • Liaise with vendors and assist in the review and approval process for marketing posts.
  • Update social media assets, including stories, highlights, and thumbnails.

Content Creation and Copywriting:

  • Contribute to the development of marketing content for campaign and events.
  • Draft and proofread social media captions, event write-ups, and promotional materials.

Vendor and Project Coordination:

  • Coordinate with external vendors on creative deliverables and timelines.
  • Support the preparation of digital assets and project materials.

Event Support:

  • Assist in event logistics, preparation of marketing materials, and post-event reporting.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Update website content, prepare marketing reports, and assist with general administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Able to commit from May 2026 to Aug 2026
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
