About the Role
Assist in developing and leading brand activation/execution. Support in managig new product launches, promotion calendar and media to drive sustainable brand consumption and market share growth.
Key Responsibilities
Support BAM to achive accelerated share, sales and profit growth for assigned brand portfolio.
Assist in developing and executing Consumer Activations/Connections through Digital platforms
Assist with executing in-market new product launches with excellence.
Support to adapt and roll out global brand toolkits (materials, claims, copy) to drive consumer/customer connection.
Assist in activating brands across digital platforms through driving local digital insights.
Qualifications and Skills
A university degree, or equivalant
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of Digital Platforms and KPIs
Good Analytical and problem solving skills
Comfortable working and leading team members with diverse culture and experience aligning to achieve outcomes
High Consumer Obsession (driving consumer connections and plans), Risk taker and high learning agility
Growth mindset, proactive and energetic are the key attributes in delivering Job Purpose
