What is the opportunity?

The Marketing Integration team is seeking a detail-oriented individual to provide essential operational support to Marketing Integration Managers. In this role, you will manage the Marketing Programs Advisor Support platform and Leads Central, ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post and maintain accurate, up-to-date marketing campaign overviews to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Monitor and respond to advisor inquiries promptly, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Support the team in optimizing workflows and ensuring data integrity across platforms.

This position is ideal for someone eager to build a career in marketing or gain hands-on experience in RBC’s dynamic marketing ecosystem. It offers a unique opportunity to develop operational expertise while contributing to high-impact campaigns.

Please note this is a fixed term contract opportunity.

What will you do?

  • Review campaign materials for clarity and conciseness using RBC Assist, ensuring advisors receive clear information
  • Manage bilingual content: oversee French translations and create URL assets in both French and English
  • Upload and maintain platform accuracy: post completed documents to Seismic and maintain data integrity across Marketing Programs Advisor Support and Leads Central post-launch
  • Monitor and act on reporting: complete tasks identified in reports (expired content, reviews, upcoming campaigns, etc.)
  • Serve as escalation lead: act as first point of contact for Integrated Markets & Advice Centre escalations; engage stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Track escalations in the central tracking spreadsheet
  • Drive continuous improvement: identify campaign opportunities and provide partners with insights to enhance future campaigns

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
  • MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Client 360 and Sales Platform knowledge
  • Execution Excellence
  • Proactive approach to identifying simplification and efficiency/process improvement opportunities

Nice to Have

  • 2-3 years of marketing or marketing support experience
  • Advice Centre or Integrated Market Experience
  • RBC Assist
  • Problem Resolution / Escalation Management
