Position Summary You will lead marketing for the adult vaccines portfolio in India. You will set the strategic direction for the portfolio and deliver customer-focused, measurable campaigns. You will work closely with commercial, medical, regulatory, supply and global teams to launch products, grow market access, and improve vaccination coverage. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Build and lead the marketing strategy and annual plan for the adult vaccines portfolio in India, aligned with global strategy and local market needs. - Lead product launches and lifecycle management, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant market entry and scale-up. - Use customer and market insight to design integrated HCP and public-facing campaigns across digital and offline channels. - Partner with sales, medical and field teams to drive adoption, ensure training, and measure sales force effectiveness. - Manage marketing budget, investment prioritisation and ROI tracking to drive efficient use of resources and strong commercial outcomes. - Ensure all promotional and communication activities meet legal, regulatory and ethical standards. Why You? Working model and travel This role is hybrid with a requirement to be on-site regularly in India. Expect occasional domestic travel for stakeholder meetings, launches and field engagement. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, life sciences or related field. - Minimum 10 years of commercial experience in pharmaceutical, vaccines or healthcare marketing. - At least 3 years leading teams or managing people within a commercial setting. - Demonstrated experience in product launch and lifecycle management. - Experience developing integrated omnichannel campaigns for healthcare professionals and public audiences. - Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting and tracking ROI. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Advanced degree such as MBA or a postgraduate qualification in marketing or life sciences. - Direct experience with vaccines or immunization programs in India. - Proven ability to translate scientific evidence into clear customer messages. - Experience working with global teams and adapting global strategy for local markets. - Familiarity with market access, public health stakeholders and government procurement processes. - Strong data literacy, including use of analytics to measure campaign performance and inform decisions.
