Marketing Generalist Intern (UK/Canada Focus)

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Generalist Intern to support our Canada and UK marketing teams across multiple brands, including Daniels Health Canada, HWE Canada, and Hazport. This entry-level role is ideal for a student or recent graduate with strong writing skills and familiarity with Canadian and UK spelling conventions. Bonus points for candidates who are currently taking French or are fluent.
This intern will help with the highly detailed work that drives meaningful impact across our digital ecosystem—blog drafting, website updates, content QA, punch lists, and light analytics support. The assistance provided will directly support and amplify the work of our marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
Daniels Health Canada
Draft, format, and publish blog content.Monitor Google Alerts for brand mentions and high-impact keywords.Review and QA content for Canadian/UK spelling accuracy, grammar, and brand consistency.Assist with website updates, edits, and ongoing content checks.Support communications and light copy updates.Work through website punch lists and documentation tasks as needed.
HWE Canada
Assist with blog writing, formatting, and content updates.Monitor Google Alerts for brand and keyword activity.QA content for Canadian/UK spelling, tone, and style (French familiarity is a plus).Support website updates and content accuracy checks.Maintain consistent formatting and messaging throughout site pages.Execute punch-list tasks tied to site improvements and new launches.
Hazport
Partner with the digital marketing intern on reporting and analytics support.Monitor Google Alerts for brand and high-impact keyword mentions.Assist with dashboards, reporting, and simple data pulls.Create basic Loom walkthrough videos to document reporting processes (where helpful).Organize insights, summarize findings, and support ongoing analytics needs.

Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Digital Media, or a related field.Strong written communication skills with familiarity in Canadian and/or UK spelling.High attention to detail and comfort with repetitive or detail-oriented tasks.Ability to manage multiple projects and take direction from various stakeholders.Interest in digital marketing, content creation, and web management.
Preferred (Not Required)
Knowledge of French (conversational or academic).Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot) is a plus.Comfort using Google Analytics, Data Studio, or basic reporting tools.Prior experience drafting blogs or long-form content.
