Your New Role…

Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing and Publicity, the Marketing Executive will support the planning and execution of marketing activity across Warner Bros. Discovery titles in Ireland.

Working closely with UK‑based marketing teams and a range of external agencies, the role supports the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across the Irish market. The Marketing Executive will also have accountability for the product management of a selection of releases across their full lifecycle, alongside involvement in wider strategic projects.

This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role requiring strong organisation, collaboration and attention to detail, with exposure across theatrical marketing, partnerships, publicity and campaign delivery.

Your Role Accountabilities…

  • Act as a key point of contact with internal stakeholders including Partnerships, Publicity, Creative Services, Trade Marketing, Legal and the wider Marketing team to ensure all activity aligns with title‑specific strategy.
  • Support the management of multiple external agencies across media planning, creative development, digital executions and promotional activity.
  • Work closely with UK colleagues on media, creative and social campaigns, liaising with media agencies, creative services, legal and digital partners to ensure smooth execution across Ireland.
  • Coordinate and manage the supply of campaign assets to both internal teams and external agencies to support timely and effective launches.
  • Assist in the creation, localisation, review and approval of marketing creative and advertising materials in line with brand and legal guidelines.
  • Support campaign administration including day‑to‑day budget tracking, meeting coordination, internal updates, campaign wrap reports and territory summaries.
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of events, including media partnerships, screenings and promotional activity — managing invite lists, venue branding, social coverage and external partners to ensure seamless execution and maximum exposure.
  • Track and analyse sales and performance data to ensure campaigns are delivering against targets, identifying learnings to inform future activity.
  • Line manage the Marketing & Publicity Intern, supporting their development and day‑to‑day workload.
  • Manage assigned marketing projects on a title‑by‑title basis across media, partnerships, promotions, screenings, experiential activity, events, sales presentations and social media.

Qualifications & Experience…

  • Professional experience within marketing, ideally at a media company or advertising / promotions agency.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working across multiple stakeholders.
  • A solid understanding of the marketing mix, with exposure to media, promotions and social media.
  • High attention to detail, with experience reviewing creative materials and managing approval processes.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to problem‑solve and work effectively under pressure.
  • Degree in Marketing, Media or a related field.
