Marketing Execution Coordinator

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Market Data Analysis & Dashboard Management Collect, organize and analyze market data (including sales performance). 
  • Update and maintain weekly and monthly data dashboards to ensure data accuracy and timeliness. 
  • Assistant Marketing Department to organize events, such as internal meetings, 
  • Marketing Campaign Support,assist in the execution of marketing activities (e.g., KOL symposia, physician education programs), including logistics coordination, material preparation and on-site support.Compile post-event reports by consolidating activity feedback and performance data. 
  • To Manager Vendors, product and promotional materials etc . 
  • To be in charge of the administration of confidential files (e.g. contract/PO management) 
  • To manage other assigned tasks within the company such as Finance, HR, , IT, GA, Compliance, Procurement, Commercial etc. 

Qualifications:

  • Preferably 3-5 years experience in a comparable 
  • position 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Administration or related fields. 
  • Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred. 
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently. 
  • Good communication skills and team collaboration spirit to support cross-functional work 
  • Good English Skill (written and listen) 
  • Must be a strong believer in service and support to 
  • superior and his/her team(s).
