Position Overview:

This role supports the efficient delivery of marketing activities, campaigns, conferences and events. Coordinates marketing activities, manages Veeva submission/approvals and ensures brand consistency and operational efficiency.

 

Acts as the bridge between Sales, Marketing and Operations – ensuring every event is compliant, on-brand and measurable.

 

Liaises with International team to localise claims, messaging and marketing assets used at key global and international conferences.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Coordination (field, online and conferences) 

    • Support planning and execution of field and virtual events plus conferences (e.g. ADC) and activations in collaboration with sales and marketing.

    • Coordinate booth design, creative briefs, timelines and run sheets ensuring cross team alignment.

    • Liaise with Operations for venue logistics, supplier coordination and travel arrangements once venues are approved.

    • Oversee on-site booth set up, coordinate on-site brand assets and support content capture (photos, testimonials, videos).

    • Ensure all event data is accurately captured and integrated into CRM for tracking and follow up journeys in collaboration with Digital Marketing Specialist.

    • Develop communication assets for pre and post event engagement across DTC and HCP audiences.

    • Compile post-event and campaign summaries to support ROI measurement and continuous improvements.

  • Campaign and Content Support

    • Manage Veeva submissions and localisation of marketing content.

    • Maintain the marketing tracker and provide regular updates on asset status, timelines and approvals.

    • Support the Digital Marketing Specialist with the creation of email, social and CRM communications before and after events.

    • Support UGC and Ambassador Content plus other social content including scheduling, release forms and permissions. 

  • Brand and Collateral Management

    • Maintain an updated collateral library (Sharepoint/MyInteract) and manage reprints and stock levels

    • Liaise with the International Marketing team for updated DTC and HCP toolkits and claims.

    • Ensure creative consistency across materials and event touchpoints.

  • Workflow Optimisation

    • Assist in refining workflows for scalability and improved productivity efficiencies. 

    • Manage administration processes including expense submissions, Pos and coordination with Operations for vendor payments.

 

  • Qualifications:

    • 1-2 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or events (small and large scale).

    • Excellent organisation and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.

    • Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.

    • Proactively identify, raise and manage risks with full transparency.

    • Proven ability to coordinate large scale events, exhibitions and activations.

    • Proactive, solution driven mindset with high attention to detail and brand execution excellence.

    • Familiarity with marketing approval systems and CRM data management.

    • Knowledge of compliance and SOW management is a plus.

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
