About the opportunity

This role delivers targeted, locally relevant marketing that drives enquiries and supports growth across Home Care, Residential Aged Care and Seniors Living. You will plan and deliver regional acquisition, retention and awareness campaigns, lead the launch and promotion of new service offerings and specialised models of care, and develop high‑quality content and collateral. Working closely with Client Services and operational leaders, you will ensure marketing activity aligns with service needs, strengthens community and referral networks, and is continually refined through performance monitoring to clearly position Mercy in a competitive market.

What you’ll bring

To thrive in this role, you will have:

  • 3–6+ years’ experience in marketing, campaigns, brand activation, or community engagement roles.

  • Strong copywriting skills and ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.

  • Experience designing and executing end‑to‑end campaigns.

  • Confident in stakeholder engagement, particularly across operational teams.

  • Familiar with email marketing, CRM platforms, and campaign analytics.

  • Ability to interpret campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

  • A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check
