🚀 Your next challenge:

  • The Country Marketing Director defines with Country Product Director the local offer proposition for clients, consumers and merchants embracing digital solutions and embedding digital marketing in close collaboration with the Country Leadership Team. He/she translates the global strategy and offer proposition to the local market needs in terms of positioning, proposition, go to market, brand and external communication.

  • He/she contributes to building Pluxee’s thought leadership and leads local external communication

  • He/she defines sales targets reflecting Pluxee strategy, market potential and sales learnings.

  • He/she leads go to market execution to win new customers, to strengthen relationships and build engagement with existing ones and to increase brand awareness.

  • He/she is part of Pluxee Marketing Committee led by our Group Chief Strategy, Sales & Marketing Officer and bringing together 6 other Marketing Directors. Minimum1 of his/her individual objective will be fixed by the Group Chief Strategy, Sales & Marketing Officer

  • He/she acts as a role model in the collaboration with all departments locally and globally.

  • Offer strategy: Develops thorough understanding of customer needs and anticipates their behavior based on data (market & customer research, sales and customer care feedback, …) and analyses (segmentation, personas...). Follows the competitive trends to find ways to adapt & differentiate offer and products (digital touchpoints/assets). Develops elements of the offer value proposition in close collaboration with several teams. Definition of marketing mix (pricing, segmentation, channel, customer care service level…) and identification of relevant partnership domains in close collaboration with country product, sales and customer care teams. Identification of opportunities to commercialize existing assets leveraging elements of the marketing mix; Ensures the alignment of country offers with Pluxee's offer catalogue. Translates these elements into go to market plan: campaigns, promotions, always on programs working closely with global Digital Marketing operations

  • People Management: Builds and adapts an effective and efficient marketing organization. Empowers staff through effective and open communication. Ensures that employees are equipped with the right skills, knowledge, attitude. Promotes collaboration and cooperation with other departments

Certifications Requirements:
Certification in Marketing Management or equivalent preferred.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
Work Experience Requirements:
10+ years of experience in marketing.
5+ years in a leadership role.
Languages:
French and/or Dutch and English (Proficient)
