As Marketing Director for Pain Relief Products, you will spearhead comprehensive marketing strategies, cultivate strategic partnerships, and utilize data-driven insights to develop targeted campaigns tailored to local consumer preferences in China.
R&R:
Build and Lead Brand Strategy
Define and execute a purpose-led, insight-driven brand strategy that delivers meaningful differentiation and long-term growth.
Translate global brand positioning into locally relevant strategies and campaigns that resonate with target audiences (consumers, shoppers, experts, customers).
Champion health inclusivity and sustainability in brand development and activation.
Drive Commercial and Portfolio Performance
Own brand P&L and deliver sustainable top-line and bottom-line growth through strategic portfolio management, pricing, and investment planning.
Leverage Net Revenue Management (NRM) levers and data-driven insights to optimize brand performance across channels.
Partner with commercial, supply, and finance teams to ensure end-to-end execution excellence.
Accelerate Digital and Innovation Impact
Lead digital brand transformation by integrating cutting-edge digital commerce, media, and content strategies.
Drive innovation pipeline from concept to launch, ensuring readiness and relevance across offline and online ecosystems.
Embed data-driven optimization and test-and-learn culture to continuously improve brand effectiveness.
Inspire and Develop High-Performing Teams
Build and empower a diverse, agile, and high-performing brand team that lives Haleon’s values.
Foster cross-functional collaboration and influence without authority across global, regional, and local teams.
Role model Haleon leadership behaviours and invest in talent development and succession.
Bachelor’s degree
10 + years of experience in brand management or marketing leadership roles, ideally in Consumer Health or FMCG.
Proven track record of building and growing brands with full P&L accountability.
Strong digital acumen and experience in eCommerce, media, and data-driven marketing.
Deep understanding of the China market (or other complex, regulated markets) and ability to localize global strategies.
Global and local marketing experience
Fast moving consumer goods and over the counter industry experience
Experience working in emerging markets
