The Marketing Director plays a pivotal role in unifying and leading the firm’s marketing efforts across Florida. This position supports the firm’s continued growth by executing strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, expand market reach, and build meaningful client relationships. As the firm continues to grow and serve its communities, this role will help drive forward its mission through innovative, data-driven marketing strategies.

 

 

What you’ll do:

 

  • Department Leadership & Cohesion: Lead and organize a cohesive marketing department, establishing clear priorities, strong accountability, and forward momentum across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Vendor Oversight: Manage and hold accountable third-party partners, including website agencies, media buyers, and licensing/brand partners.
  • Website Management: Direct website strategy and updates through external vendors, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices, user experience standards, and firm growth objectives.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee firm-wide social media strategy, content planning, and execution to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
  • Advertising & Media: Own the planning, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns across billboards, radio, television, transit (including buses), and the firm’s podcast.
  • ROI & Analytics: Implement KPI tracking and ROI reporting for events, sponsorships, and community investments; analyze performance trends and provide data-backed recommendations.
  • Budget Management: Manage a $2–3M annual Florida marketing budget, ensuring disciplined allocation of resources aligned with strategic goals.
  • Campaign Development: Develop and present multiple campaign concepts for leadership review, providing clear strategic rationale and data-informed prioritization.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and target key community segments in current and expansion markets to support office growth.
  • Project Management: Ensure rigorous tracking and delivery across all marketing initiatives using structured reporting processes; provide oversight of newsletters and promotional items executed by other team members.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Business Development leadership (separate reporting line) to align initiatives, reduce friction, and improve outcomes; attend select events as needed.


What we’re looking for: 

              

  • Experience: Over 10 years in marketing with a proven track record of running multi-channel programs.
  • Data-Driven: Strong ability to analyze data and drive decisions based on KPI trends and ROI modeling.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to work with executives and partners.
  • Solution-Focused: Present practical options and rationalize decisions to leadership.
  • Leadership: Ability to build cohesive teams, motivate staff, and manage dynamic vendor relationships.
  • AI and Trend-Focused: Stay updated on marketing trends and AI technologies to enhance marketing strategies.
  • Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with Asana, Domo, and Filevine preferred, with a strong grasp of marketing platforms.
