Marketing Director, Corporates Europe

Location: Hybrid (3 days a week in Canary Wharf office, London)

Reports to: VP Marketing, Corporates Europe

We are seeking a highly strategic and commercially driven Marketing Director to lead our brand and regional marketing strategy across Europe. This role will focus on building brand credibility with top and mid-tier corporates, strengthening our position in the market, and driving pipeline growth in UKI and across Europe. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in B2B marketing—preferably within SaaS, technology, or professional services—and have a proven ability to balance brand-building with commercial impact.

About The Role

  • Brand Leadership & Awareness
  • Lead the development and execution of brand strategy to increase awareness and recognition among top and mid-tier corporates across Europe.
  • Enhance brand credibility by aligning with cutting-edge AI, automation, and innovation narratives.
  • Strengthen the company’s share of voice through thought leadership, media visibility, and market influence in priority geographies.
  • ·Customer Insight & Data-Driven Marketing
  • Build a customer-focused marketing culture by integrating customer and market insights into campaign design and execution.
  • Champion a data-driven approach to marketing through analysis of customer and prospect engagement with campaigns and content.
  • Regional & Commercial Strategy
  • Define and deliver the marketing strategy for the UKI region, for large enterprises and middle market/SMBs, partnering closely with Sales leadership and with marketing managers for the Nordics and Greater Europe regions, to drive demand generation and pipeline growth.
  • Employ account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, as appropriate, to build relationships and engagement with priority accounts.
  • Campaign & Portfolio Collaboration
  • Partner with portfolio marketing team to develop compelling, differentiated and action-oriented nurture journeys around customer priorities, to attract corporate buyers of tax and legal technology SaaS solutions.
  • Ensure campaign messaging is tailored to regional priorities.
  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Coach, mentor, and manage more junior marketing team members, fostering a dynamic culture of collaboration, learning, and high performance.
  • Become a driving force within the Corporates Europe Marketing Leadership Team, helping to shape regional and global marketing strategies.

About You

  • Relevant experience in B2B marketing, with significant exposure to technology, SaaS, or professional services sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in building and executing brand strategies that drive market awareness and reputation.
  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) and demand generation strategies in complex B2B environments.
  • Proven ability to partner closely with Sales and influence commercial outcomes in regional markets.
  • Skilled at leveraging customer insights and analytics to inform marketing strategy and optimise campaign performance.
  • Experienced in managing, coaching, and developing marketing teams in matrixed organisations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
